1. Sources of waste water and gas

(2) The wastewater in the reactor through the anaerobic biological process anaerobic reaction process to produce small molecular hydrocarbons, methane, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, methyl mercaptan and other foul gases, as well as a small amount of volatile organic waste gas in the wastewater. These components not only irritate the taste, but are also toxic.
Two, sewage waste gas composition
(1) Hydrogen sulfide
Colorless, smelly egg odor gas, soluble in water and ethanol, flammable, strong neurotoxicant, serious damage to the central nervous system, respiratory system and heart muscle. Flammable, in case of open fire, high heat cause combustion explosion.
(2) Ammonia
Colorless gas with pungent odor, easily soluble in water, ammonia is corrosive to metals, ammonia poisoning will inhibit the central nervous system, there will be muscle spontaneous excitation, horn arch reflex and convulsions.
(3) Methyl mercaptan
Flammable, steam and air can form an explosive mixture, in case of heat source, open fire and other combustion and explosion risk, and water, water vapor reaction to produce toxic and flammable gas, after absorption can cause headache, nausea and different degrees of effect; High concentration inhalation can cause respiratory paralysis and death.
3. Scope and standard of waste water and gas works
1. Project scope
(1) The designer is responsible for the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of the waste gas treatment equipment and the design of the relevant pipelines.
(2) The Designer shall be responsible for the training of equipment operators of the owner's unit.
(3) The owner is responsible for the public works supporting the project, including power supply, water vapor, compressed air, circulating cooling water, etc.
2. Technical requirements
(1) The project does not consider land acquisition, the use of the original factory land, can not seriously affect the production;
(2) The use of mature waste gas treatment technology, requiring the technology to be safe, reliable, economic and reasonable;
(3) The treatment of by-products should not produce secondary pollution;
(4) All equipment and materials are new;
(5) Simple observation, monitoring and maintenance;
(6) Ensure the safety of personnel and equipment;
(7) Saving energy, water and raw materials;
Fourth, sewage waste gas treatment technology
Considering the operating cost and safety of the waste gas to be treated, the proposed process route is to adopt "ventilation system (fan, collection cover, pipeline)+ pretreatment system (purification tower + demister)+ deep purification system (adsorption desorption + catalytic combustion)" as the core process to treat the waste gas.
Five, sewage waste gas process introduction
(1) The waste gas collected by the gas collecting hood is introduced into the purification tower by the air pipe, and the gas-liquid two-phase full contact absorption and neutralization reaction is carried out between the waste gas and water through the packing layer. Ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and other gases are easily soluble in water. After purification, the waste gas is dehydrated and defogged by the defogging plate and then enters the next process.
(2) The waste gas enters the deep purification system, and when the activated carbon adsorber is close to saturation, the activated carbon adsorber is desorbed and desorbed with hot air to desorbed the organic matter from the activated carbon. In the desorption process, the organic waste gas has been concentrated, the concentration is dozens of times higher than the original, up to 2000ppm or more, the concentrated waste gas is sent to the catalytic decomposition device, and finally become CO2 and H2O. After deep purification, it is discharged to the standard through the fan chimney.
